By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below.You agree that once you have paid, it is non-refundable, unless I'm unable to do the work.If three months pass and I have not made progress for some reason, you may ask for a refund.If your commission request is out of my comfort zone, I'm allowed to reject it.I am allowed to use any avatar I've made to show off my own commissions as examples. Though I will never try to pass off your characters as my own stuff and will never distribute it or use it personally in any virtual reality game.Payment will always be needed BEFORE I start the commission, however both parties need to be certain that what you are requesting is the only work I will be doing. Anything that wants to be added after the commission is done will require payment.IF ANY MODEL QUESTIONS ARE BROUGHT UP WHILE IM IN VRCHAT, OR PLAYING ANY GAME, HAVE A HIGH CHANCE OF ME COMPLETELY REMOVING YOUR COMMISION FROM MY CUE WITHOUT REFUND.
